By | Featured, Homepage Featured | No Comments

Our Street Party on Friday, 19th May, was absolutely fantastic! A massive thank you to everyone who came, even with the rain, the turnout was great. The night kicked off just before 8pm with The Misfits getting things started on the Acoustic Stage.  The Mirror Trap, who you can catch on the on the Discovery Tent on Sunday 13th, and The Law, who are also playing C56 on the Sunday on our Jam:Live stage, also took to the Acoustic Stage.

Reggae band Buffalo Soldiers played the Main Stage and really got everyone in the party mood, with Shakka Loves You ending the night with a fantastic set.

In between bands everyone had the same idea – time to try more delicious street food and drinks! If you weren’t there we can confirm you missed out on some crazy tasty, local food – with The Toasty Cheese Shack proving to be a favourite with the C56 staff! The selection of local drinks went down a storm, and it was wonderful to see so many people enjoying a bottle of 71 Lager!

We’re so pleased so many of you come along to support C56, local bands and local food and drink! We hope you’ve all got the party bug and will join us this August for more local food and drink, and some amazing local talent. Get your tickets for C56 here.
